Wholesale Policy

Eligibility

• All applicants must submit a completed Wholesale Account Application and be approved by The Tire Co.’s management team.

Wholesale Pricing

• Approved wholesale customers will receive discounted pricing on eligible tire models.
• Pricing is reviewed periodically and may change based on market conditions.

Ordering & Payment

• Orders must be placed through the designated wholesaler login portal provided upon account approval.
• Payment terms are prepaid or net 30 days for approved credit accounts. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly finance charge.

Minimum Order Requirements

• A minimum purchase of 4 tires per order is required to qualify for wholesale pricing.
• Orders not meeting the minimum may be charged at standard retail rates.

Shipping & Delivery

• Wholesale orders can be shipped to a business address or picked up from our designated distribution centers.
• Freight charges may apply and will be calculated based on order size and destination.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unmounted tires only. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
• Defective products will be exchanged at no cost upon inspection and approval.

Account Maintenance

• Wholesale accounts inactive for 6 months may be subject to review or closure.
• The Tire Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates the terms of this policy.
